We received a request for branding advice at the time of business succession.
Initially, I was interested in branding, but I didn't know why or what I should be doing.
Upon communicating with the project members, I learned that they were extremely busy, with each department overwhelmed with various challenges.
I asked the president to clarify the vision so that employees can view the future positively, and to redefine the company's philosophy so that employees can use it to make value decisions within the company.
Then, by listening to the founding story from the chairman, the company's founder, we were able to organize and articulate the origins of the values that the company cherishes.
Sharing our history and values with the project members also provided an opportunity for them to deepen their understanding of the company.
Therefore, we have proposed a new logo as a symbol that connects the history created by our founder and chairman with the future that our president will create.
Along with the logo redesign, we also assisted with business cards, envelopes, and other related items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The client wanted to unveil their new logo at a party held once a year to present their management plan, where employees from all over the country gather. Therefore, we proposed using video production, which is their core business, for the presentation.
We were able to enlist the help of our client's in-house video production team, so we asked them to create a video that would convey our vision visually and also unveil our new logo.
On the day of the event, the film was screened on a screen at the venue, with over 200 participants watching.
Cheers erupted from the audience, and the venue was filled with incredible excitement.
As a surprise element, we also suggested printing the new logo on the macarons for dessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
