business activities.

When companies reflect on the previous period, the word "coronavirus" will likely come to mind for almost all of them.
The impact of COVID-19 has affected businesses, industries, and countries—literally the entire world—and has dealt a devastating blow not only to health but also to the economy.
Our company was no exception; as a provider of IT implementation subsidy support, we have been supporting our clients' business activities.
Amidst the challenging economic climate, many of our customers saw these national policies as an opportunity and were working hard to build a foundation for new challenges and further growth.

Trying to get hired

During the COVID-19 pandemic, it was predicted that there would be difficulties in finding employment, job losses, and job changes.
We saw this as a great opportunity for recruitment, and appointed an executive to be in charge of recruitment, placing unprecedented emphasis on hiring both new graduates and experienced professionals.
As a result, we were able to achieve our initial recruitment targets.
When new colleagues join the team, senior staff members need to reflect on their own work, take stock of their processes, and communicate what they've learned.
Through such training and delegation, we also saw the growth of our senior staff members over the past year.

The lockdown continues in the Philippines.

In the Philippines, where our subsidiary LH&creatives Inc. is located, we implemented a lockdown last March, ahead of the rest of the world.
However, the COVID-19 situation is only getting worse, and the economy is also suffering, making things very difficult.
And now, a year later, we are once again in a state of lockdown.
Over the past year, remote work, known as WFH (Work For Home), has been encouraged, and we have been somewhat forced to transition to a remote management system.
In addition to the coronavirus, this past year has been a year of being tossed around by the challenges of the Philippines.
However, being forced to work remotely allowed me to gain many insights.
Nobody knows what will happen with COVID-19, or how the Philippines will react.
However, if we consider WFH to be irreversible, we can see the need to refine our remote recruitment, training, and management processes, and we have come to believe that refining these will become a major strength for our group.

Attitudes that our customers have taught us

Viewing COVID-19 as an opportunity

A customer's words

We received a consultation request from a client in the food and beverage industry regarding entering a new business.
They are using their own resources to venture into new businesses, but they wouldn't need to do that if it weren't for COVID-19.
Because, if they packaged successful food and beverage brands (stores) and opened them up, sales and profits should have increased to a certain extent according to plan.
However, the food and beverage industry was treated as the culprit behind the spread of COVID-19, and coupled with shortened business hours and self-imposed restrictions, all plans were forcibly reset.

The customer said this:

"I would never have even considered this if it weren't for this situation."

And then he continued...

"If this challenge is successful, it will create another strong pillar in addition to our existing business."

"And the food and beverage industry will definitely make a comeback, so we can grow more than ever before!"

This pandemic has brought a lot of hardship, making it difficult to look forward, but I was inspired by the sight of people like them, determined to face the future and take that first step towards a new challenge.

I am deeply moved by the vision once again.

And I was able to feel a renewed sense of pride in our work, which allows us to help our customers achieve their visions.

MAKE A WORLD BETTER
We will continue to contribute to making the world a better place through our customers' business activities.

I felt that our vision, as described above, clearly outlined our role.
With this vision and philosophy of "creating smiles" as our guiding principle, in our 18th term we will strive to fulfill our brand promise of "strongly supporting our customers in achieving their visions" more than ever before.

株式会社ライオンハート第18期 2004年に有限会社ライオンハートとして創業した弊社も、第18期を迎えることができました。これもひとえにお客様、パートナーの皆様のおかげです。ありがとうございます。 弊社では、毎年4月初旬 […]
[37
30
post-358","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-other","tag-management-by-philosophy
["GET
