Together with our customers and partners, we want to contribute to making each of their "worlds" a little better through their businesses and initiatives.
そう考えています。
シンプルな言葉ですが、この一文に私たちの姿勢のすべてが込められています。
I want to use simple words that anyone can understand, not difficult jargon or grand expressions. To achieve this, I've first presented the core idea concisely in English and then carefully interpreted its intention in Japanese. "Communicating clearly"
It is the first step in creating a smile for the other person. This is an attitude that aligns with our philosophy of "Smile Creation" and is also reflected in the words of our vision itself.
"WORLDS" does not refer only to the global world.
Any place where companies, organizations, departments, teams, immediate projects, and interpersonal relationships and activities exist is our "WORLD." We use the plural "WORLDS" instead of "THE WORLD" because there isn't a single correct answer for everyone, and each person has their own unique "worldview" and "values."
Because I cherish the premise that happiness exists.
Countries and regions, our customers and us, employees and their families. Each of their "worlds" improving little by little. The accumulation of these improvements is the future we aim for.
"We chose "BETTER" as a word with ample room for interpretation, one that is intentionally not overly defined.
Even so, we call a state where everyone can feel "better than before" "BETTER." It's not a measure of absolute happiness, but a word that indicates the "direction of change" towards the future.
I feel like I'm helping someone. Working has become a little more enjoyable than before. The process of creativity and dialogue to create such small changes is the value we cherish.
We cannot achieve our vision alone. Only by joining forces with our customers, partners, and colleagues can we move forward with our initiative to "make the world a better place."
This is how we think about "BETTER" for each person.
Through the development of our business, we aim to create a more prosperous state for our customers and those around them.
A relationship where partner companies and individuals work together, are trusted, respected, and can grow.
To ensure that colleagues who work together have hope in their work and pride in their future.
"Making the world a better place" is not about maintaining superficial harmony.
This refers to a state where healthy dialogue is born from mutual understanding and respect, and a creative process that sometimes involves friction exists. It's about building relationships where individuals don't avoid differences of opinion or conflict, but rather transform them into strength while refraining from harming each other.
That is how we envision "BETTER based on peace," which is deeply connected to our philosophy of "creating smiles."
