A logo that conveys the artist's individuality, born from childhood experiences.

We had the pleasure of assisting with the logo design for "Empty Box Craftsman Harukiru," an artist who became a huge hit on social media for creating intricate three-dimensional objects out of empty boxes, such as those for sweets.

When I was consulted, I listened to the reasons and background behind this humble young artist's choice of the commonplace subject of empty boxes and his continued creation of artwork, and I helped to clarify the significance of Harukiru's existence.
The secret to his passion for art lies in the fact that, as a child, his neighbors praised his crafts.
Since then, that experience has remained a cherished formative experience in his heart, and he continues to create accessible, universally understandable art.

Furthermore, this branding project was different from that of a company; it was the branding of an individual named Harukiru.
Therefore, I also considered his future and the happiness he would feel, and organized the information needed for the logo design.

Regarding the design, since the name "Harukiru" comes from the words "to paste" and "to cut," we wanted to create something that would convey those actions.
Furthermore, I wanted to express Harukiru's boyish curiosity and sense of excitement.

Furthermore, with an eye towards overseas expansion, we also designed an alphabetical logo.
