Don't wait for someone to make you happy. Don't wait for someone to make a move. Find your own joy and offer it first.
That attitude is at the root of Lionheart's culture.
We value the attitude of creating an enjoyable state by improvising and interacting with the environment, rather than being entertained by others. A team that can turn challenges, failures, and changes into material for enjoyment is strong. Since change is constant, we want to be a group that "enjoys change."
Instead of waiting for the other person to act, offer what you can do first. Consider the other person's situation and proactively provide necessary information. Clearly show how to proceed. Accumulating these small considerations smooths both work and relationships, building trust.
"GIVE FIRST!" is an attitude of not hesitating to contribute, embodying the creation of smiles through daily actions.
Not everyone has to be the same shape.
I don't believe that an organization with conventional talent will be strong in an era where common sense doesn't apply. What we aim for is a group of eccentrically specialized individuals, each with a standout personality. Their status graphs don't need to be evenly balanced hexagons. It's fine if one aspect is overwhelmingly sharp. It's okay to have weaknesses. When that distortion perfectly aligns with someone else's strength, a power is born that can reach places unreachable by an individual alone.
"The feeling that my own flaws are useful to someone sharpens the monsters even further. An organization where that cycle occurs naturally. That is MONSTER FIRM."
FIRM means a group of specialists. It's not a motley crowd, but a gathering of outstanding experts whose individual strengths complement each other. We want to continue building teams like that within Lionheart.
