Transforming "discarded umbrellas" into "connecting umbrellas": Website creation for Air kasa.

We handled everything from planning and copywriting to design and coding for the website of Ogawa Co., Ltd., an original umbrella manufacturer, for their new business "Air kasa (a corporate umbrella sharing service)."
Japan, with its rainy season, is the country that uses the most umbrellas in the world. Consequently, it is also the country that discards the most plastic umbrellas in the world. These are not reused and become a source of CO2 emissions, which is an unknown social problem.
Therefore, as an umbrella company, we have adopted the mission of "passing on umbrellas to the next generation" and have held numerous meetings with Mr. Ogawa, who is tackling this problem head-on. In the process, we experimented with how to convey the problem of mass disposal of plastic umbrellas, which are familiar to Japanese people, not just with factual figures, but also intuitively. We spent time deciding on the key visual and main copy, and finally arrived at this expression and have now released it.
