To support our growth vision, which looks beyond the FA (Factory Automation) of our factories, and to strengthen our recruitment of young talent who will lead us in 10 years, we created a recruitment website for you.
During the initial concept development phase, based on the business characteristic of having played a central role in production facilities for many years, the concept of "Grab The Heart: A group that carries the heart of society" was formulated. In the competitive recruitment of science and engineering university students, the production proceeded with the aim of creating an impressive visual that would capture the hearts of the target audience.
To illustrate ITEC's management vision of actively expanding its business both domestically and internationally, the filming captured the performers jumping from various angles and edited them into a dynamic video synchronized with their heartbeats, creating the main visual that symbolizes the concept.
In terms of color scheme, after interviewing candidates about their desired profile and discussing the impression they wanted to convey, the recruitment site adopted a more active and sporty color scheme that included not only blue but also red and orange to differentiate it from the corporate site. On the subpages, the photographs were given an illustrative finish to maintain an overall consistent tone.
