Making automotive parts the star of creativity. A recruitment site for the manufacturing industry.
This is an example of a recruitment website we created for Ogawa Kogyo, a company specializing in plating, along with a redesign of their corporate website.
The project began with selecting elite members from each department, and we spent considerable time creating the "recruitment concept" before moving on to visual design.
After conducting competitive analysis and creating personas for Recruit, we arrived at a unique concept that reflects Ogawa Kogyo's personality.
As a result, the creative content also features bold designs that differentiate it from other companies.
The creative expression, inspired by their main product, automotive radiator grilles, initially drew various opinions, but through repeated discussions with the project members, it resulted in a memorable website from the persona's perspective.
