More eloquent than the letters "10th". A T-shirt commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Bureijuku school, embodying the "view from the round table" where our mentor sat for 10 years.
Keisuke Enomoto (Eno-san), who presides over the business management training center "Murei Juku," has been a mentor to Lionheart's Ichikawa (Chairman) and President Sawa (President) for 20 years. Ten years ago, they worked together to find land for the training facility "Murei An," and now, as "Murei Juku" celebrates its milestone 10th anniversary, they were entrusted with the production of commemorative uniform T-shirts for all students and staff to wear, with a deadline of just two weeks.

01 Task
Customer's challenge
The garment, imbued with the "view" of his mentor, was entrusted to him for only two weeks.
The client's desired state and vision
Ichikawa said, "It was a magnificent sight to see the students and staff of the Bureijuku school gathered together wearing these T-shirts at the 10th-anniversary event. I've known this school since its founding, so it was very moving for me." Enomoto has been at the forefront of challenges, using the motto "10 times in 10 years" to represent the growth of his students. As his next plan, he will be taking on an even bigger challenge. It was hoped that this challenge would generate great enthusiasm and a sense of unity.
Situation at the start of the project
The project started with an extremely short deadline, just about two weeks before the anniversary event. One evening, I received a message directly from Mr. Enomoto via LINE saying, "I'd like to order some T-shirts."
Difficult points
We faced a challenge in brainstorming ideas for how to translate the history and feelings of the 10th anniversary into a graphic representation. Simply placing the words "10th Anniversary" would be easy, but that wouldn't capture the weight of the 10 years that have been built up, or the essential feeling that Mr. Enomoto and the students truly experienced.
Ichikawa, who was in charge at the time, recalls: "I think the most stressful thing is when you can't come up with any ideas. The deadline is clearly set, and the deadline is short. Ideas just don't come to you. That's when you get the most stressed."
02 LH Method Strategy Development
Organize current status and challenges (Organize current status and challenges, and commit to realizing the vision)
Telling the story of 10 years not with words, but with scenery.
How did you analyze the situation, and what strategies did you propose?
Looking back over the past 10 years, we focused on the "power of place," something that Mr. Enomoto has always cherished. The "Vision Atelier" is the original space where outstanding business leaders from all over the country began to gather. There is a round table there where Mr. Enomoto always sat, gave lectures, and gazed upon the view. And now, the next generation of business leaders (master instructors) who have taken over the baton are sitting in the same place and giving lectures. That scene itself is a symbol of the 10-year history and the will that is being passed down. We decided on a strategy to adopt it not as a mere anniversary logo, but as a visual that all participants can emotionally feel the story behind.
Key points of Lionheart's proposal and differences from other companies
Lionheart himself was involved in the founding of "Murei Juku" from the very beginning, from searching for land in wooded areas to selecting old houses, and the prototype of the LH Method (framework) itself is based on what he learned from Mr. Enomoto, which is why this concept design is full of context and respect.
Rather than aiming for something special just because the other person was his mentor, Ichikawa was always conscious of upholding Lionheart's fundamental principle of "creating smiles." "This isn't because the other person was Eno-san, but I was still keeping our principle of 'creating smiles' in mind. In other words, making people happy. That's all."
03 LH Solution Implementation Support
Solve the problem (Solve the problem with LH solution)
A garment inspired by scenery, completed in two weeks.
Things that were actually produced and built
- The view from the round table in "Vision's Atelier" was directly translated into a graphic and used as the main visual for the T-shirt.
- A highly versatile color adjustment that harmonizes beautifully regardless of which of the multiple ranking colors (body colors) is printed on, in accordance with the rules of the Bureijuku school.
- To avoid accidents and delays within the extremely tight deadline, we made the production decision to deliberately omit any special printing processes.
Points of focus and ingenuity in the production process
Rather than settling for a simple anniversary design with just text, we aimed to create a garment that embodies the memories of the past 10 years. We also paid meticulous attention to adjusting the color scheme and shading so that it would look beautiful no matter which of the multiple body colors it was placed on.
Client's reaction/words
The delivery was successfully completed by the event date. Mr. Enokino sent a simple yet profound message of thanks: "Thank you." Ichikawa reflected, "Mr. Enokino always gives me simple words like 'Thank you,' which makes me very happy. When you think about it, being thanked might seem like something to be taken for granted, but it's actually something very special."
04 LH Method Execution Support
Continue to commit to achieving the vision (responding to changes in circumstances)
"Thank you" connects us to the next 10 years
On the day of the event, Mr. Enokino, the instructors, and a large number of students and staff gathered together wearing the 10th-anniversary T-shirts, creating a spectacular sense of unity as they shared the 10-year history and their determination for the next 10 years. Ichikawa said, "I was happy to see Mr. Enokino surrounded by students looking so pleased at the 10th-anniversary event."
Mr. Enomoto is developing a new vision. Lionheart will continue to support our customers' next challenges as their partner.
