The company is changing. At the heart of that change is building a brand. Rebranding that accompanies corporate transformation.

We provided comprehensive support for the company's rebranding.
Starting with identifying challenges by working backward from the vision, I was in charge of everything from purpose and MVV formulation, tagline development, logo creation, website, and business introduction materials.
This project provided an opportunity to accompany the organization through a period of significant transformation, including redefining its values for further organizational growth, redesigning its organizational structure and systems, and supporting the launch of new businesses.
While utilizing keywords that were evident from the start of the project, we carefully interviewed the founder about their entrepreneurial story and qualities, as well as the company's past, present, and future, in order to explore its origins. This clarified the focus and created a unique outline of the company.
The business presentation materials restructured the company's approach to showcasing and communicating its business, focusing on the structure of words and visuals. Rather than simply refining the form, the materials were developed in collaboration with the company's management team to refine the detailed design, anticipating actual usage scenarios.
In the logo and tagline proposals, we designed a system that allows clients to intuitively choose what best represents them, even during the exploratory stages. The key colors express the company's strengths—"the intelligence and resourcefulness of scientifically analyzing sales"—and the biggest theme of this rebranding—"growth first"—through a dynamic gradient.
Given the nature of their business, which deals with intangible products like "sales and enablement," the website's design avoids being tied to any particular image. It directly reflects the sophisticated corporate feel, the office atmosphere, and the impression of the employees, who can be considered the company's "product." For the recruitment content, interviews and photo shoots were conducted at both the Nagoya and Tokyo locations, conveying the company's appeal through a people-focused approach.
Furthermore, we conducted brainstorming sessions regarding the business domain and methods of expression, providing multifaceted support for redefining the brand.
