In the Philippines, there's an event called "Trick or Treat" for Halloween. Children in costumes go around to neighborhood houses and say the catchphrase "Trick or Treat!" (Give us treats, or we'll play a trick on you!) to receive candy.
The building where the Philippine corporation is located seems to have planned a "Trick or Treat" event this year, and children of employees working at the tenant companies will be visiting the offices. By the way, similar events are sometimes held in condominiums in the Philippines.
