STEP
01 Task
Customer's challenge
The "second chapter of ASITAKA," which was teased in the trailer, will be made concrete on the company website.
The company name was changed from "Ashitaka Soken" to "ASITAKA".
As part of that rebranding effort, Lionheart first created a teaser site.
(Click here for the background story of the teaser site's creation)
While prioritizing meeting recruitment deadlines, the teaser site was launched in a short period of time. It aimed to break out of the "general construction" framework and expand into real estate, amusement, and other fields, as well as communicate the company's values through the new logo. The goal was to give people a sense that "something new is about to begin," and to present a glimpse of the new brand's worldview in advance.
However, the teaser site only conveyed a sense of impending change and a general direction, so it was necessary to evolve it into a corporate website that introduced the business in more detail.
What are the specific strengths of a group that focuses on steel frame construction?
What kind of business and future do they envision beyond this construction project?
And what does ASITAKA value, and what kind of company does it aim to be?
On our company website, we delved into each of these points, creating a situation where not only our business partners but also prospective employees could clearly understand "what kind of company ASITAKA is."
02 LH Method Strategy Development
Organize current status and challenges (Organize current status and challenges, and commit to realizing the vision)
By delving into the company's strengths and management philosophy, we reconstruct the overall picture of the company.
When creating the corporate website, Lionheart's focus was on supporting the new corporate image presented on the teaser site with concrete information.
Through repeated interviews with President Ashitaka and other group companies and on-site personnel, we reorganized our business operations, technical capabilities, group collaboration structure, and organizational characteristics. In particular, we restructured our construction business into three areas: steel frame construction, system building, and seismic reinforcement, clarifying the expertise of each and the value we can provide to our customers.
At the same time, with recruitment activities in mind, we focused on enriching the information that conveys the company's philosophy and future vision. We systematized our slogan, vision, and values, centering on our management philosophy, "To become an even better company." We incorporated President Ashitaka's aspirations for achieving a sales target of 15 billion yen by 2030 and realizing a great company beyond that into our top message and corporate information.
The website's structure takes into account both the technical capabilities and track record sought by clients, and the company's philosophy and organizational appeal that job seekers want to know. The goal was to create a corporate website that goes beyond a simple company profile, integrating "what the company can do" and "where the company is headed."
03 LH Solution Implementation Support
Solve the problem (Solve the problem with LH solution)
We will communicate in detail everything from our capabilities in construction projects to our philosophy, vision, and new challenges.
■ A homepage that carries on the brand's worldview and conveys the overall picture of the company.
The homepage features the slogan, "Enjoy your work, be proud of your work," as its main copy. Along with the message, "Take everything seriously and enjoy it from the bottom of your heart," the page is designed with sophisticated visuals and animations to give the impression that the company is "doing something new."
■ Place the "achievements" that decision-makers want to see first at the top.
The first thing a client's representative checks on a company website is its track record of completed projects. We confirmed this through interviews and designed the website to place project examples at the top of the homepage. A system is in place that allows Ashitaka Soken to add their own track record.
■ Diagram illustrating the "group vertical integration" that connects drafting, manufacturing, construction, and seismic reinforcement.
On the homepage and in the "Construction Business" section, diagrams illustrate the collaboration and synergy between the three group companies: ASITAKA, CMC steel, and Iwamoto-gumi. This conveys the sense of security for clients by demonstrating that the company can provide consistent service while leveraging each company's expertise.
■ Putting into words the unexaggerated "strengths" based on the honest opinions of those on the ground.
In drafting the material, we also conducted interviews with people working on-site at our group companies. Our initial draft included phrases like "zero rework after just one measurement," but we received feedback from the field that "accuracy improves precisely because we conduct repeated verification measurements." So, we revised the content to convey that our diligent approach to repeated verification is itself a strength.
■ Businesses expanding from construction as the core, and the true face of the company
The business overview covers not only steel frame construction, system building, and seismic reinforcement, but also real estate and amusement facilities. The corporate information section includes a message from the top management, management philosophy and vision, and M&A approach, conveying the company's continuous evolution as it strives to become "an ever-better company."
04 LH Method Execution Support
Continue to commit to achieving the vision (responding to changes in circumstances)
To serve as a brand foundation that communicates the company's current position and future aspirations both internally and externally.
The teaser site, which was released in advance, impressively conveyed ASITAKA's new challenge that begins with the company name change. The subsequent corporate website further elaborated on the underlying technological capabilities, business strengths, management philosophy, vision, and the appeal of the organization.
This has allowed us to establish an information infrastructure that communicates the group's business scale, capabilities, and expertise to business partners, and our values regarding work and growth opportunities to job seekers.
Furthermore, the philosophy, vision, and strengths that were organized during the production process will serve as a common language to convey ASITAKA's appeal not only on the company website but also in recruitment and sales activities.
The company website will be launched in September 2026. Lionheart continues to develop a new corporate image across various touchpoints through activities such as producing a comprehensive group brochure and supporting recruitment activities.
