Strong technology combined with a playful spirit: Website redesign for Mori Iron Works.

Here are some examples of work done by Mori Iron Works, a company in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture, that manufactures welded caps and processes special steels, mainly stainless steel.
Mori Iron Works' trademark is the hippopotamus mark in their company logo. To ensure that even first-time visitors to the site remember "Mori Iron Works with the hippopotamus mark!", the hippopotamus mark (Kabasuke) appears everywhere.
Although they are known as Mori Ironworks with the hippopotamus logo, there was no clear origin or meaning behind the logo. So, we were entrusted with defining the meaning of the logo, and we created a section on the website introducing the logo.

Furthermore, the presentation should clearly convey that the company is developing its business on two fronts: its cap business, which holds the No. 1 market share in Japan, and its special steel processing business, which is expected to continue expanding as another key pillar of its operations.
To capture the essence of Mori Ironworks, we proposed a design with a touch of playfulness that conveys a bright atmosphere and the vibrant, creative work ethic of their employees.

Along with the redesign of the company website, we produced two videos—one introducing the company and another offering a factory tour—and placed them on the site.
Even customers who find it difficult to visit in person can see a realistic view of the factory.
